6-19-10 Fontana   Justin and Ethan spent a Father's Day together on a beautiful Fontana Saturday. I think Ethan is going to be, or already is, a great fisherman, he could spot the best looking places, was really good at setting the hook and had a couple of smallmouth jump higher than he is tall. Caught most fish on crickets and crankbaits, and chased whites around open water til they went down midmorning. Good to see some fish getting on top, bodes well for later. Earlier in the week, took a friend to find some walleyes to troll up but still can't pinpoint them. Did  find a good trout and is time to target them at the dam.   Later  Capt. James
